    By using PureAisle Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

    Refund & Return Policy:

    We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to initiate a return, please note that all returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

    Standard Free Returns

    Should you need to return an item purchased online for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Pureaisle is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.

    International Returns


    International sales are final. International orders are order shipped to countries other than the U.S.A.

    If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at help@pureaisle.com including a photo of the damaged item and we will replace it an no additonal cost to you.

  • Purchases of Pureaisle products from another retailer must be returned to the retailer in accordance with its return and refund policies.
  • Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked final sale are not eligible for returns. Certain products may not be eligible for free returns as noted on their product pages.
  • Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.
  • If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts.
  • Products bought in-store at Pureaisle-operated retail and Reset locations cannot be returned online.
